To register by mail for the event (with a check):

• Download the pdf version of registration form.  Complete and submit by mail along with your check.

To register online for the event (using your credit card):

DGS Members and Non-Members who have an account:

1. Click on this link to log into your account.
2. Enter your Login Name and Password.
3. Select “Upcoming Events” from the “What do you want to do?” drop down menu on the right.
4. Click on Register and continue to enter the requested information

Notes:

• If you don’t remember your Login Name and Password, click on Forgot your password? Get help and enter your e-mail address. Your Login Name and Password will be e-mailed to that address.
• If you have attended a previous DGS event or institute, you probably have a non-member account. You need your login name and password to access it. You can retrieve your account name and password as described above.

Non-Members

1. Click on this link to enter your information and registration for the lecture.
2. If you want to access your non-member account in the future, enter a login name and password. This will also allow you to purchase at the Online Store and register for future events.

If you are paying with a credit card, be sure to verity the following information:

• Your credit card number
• The CVS number
• The card Expiration Date
