Mission Statement

To educate and assist Master Genealogist Program Users and facilitate their needs.

Meetings are generally held on the second Saturday of the month at the J. Erik Jonsson Dallas Public Library, 1515 Young Street, in downtown Dallas (across the street from Dallas City Hall), in the 5th floor Hamon room, at 2:30 pm.

Please note the changed meeting place and time!

TMG Background

The Master Genealogist is a software package used to record all the information that you collect while researching your Family History. This software is a product of Wholly Genes, Inc. and sometimes is in not available in most of the retail stores. See Wholly Genes web page for details on purchasing the software. The features include unlimited events per person, unlimited sources per event, the ability to customize the sentences, control of the format of the reports generated, output to over 40 different type file formats including Word, WordPerfect and Lotus WordPro, and input directly from numerous Genealogy software databases. The TMG SIG of North TX PC Users Group has been continuously meeting since February, 1994 and is now moving to DGS!
